요약

주택성능 등급제도의 내화성 및 피난안전등 화재안전성능에 관하여 한국과 일본의 표현방법에 관한 의식조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과 화재안전성능을 고려한 표시방법으로의 개선이 필요한 것으로 나타났으며 현재의 표시방법으로는 주택의 성능을 이해하기 어려운 것으로 나타났다. 또한 한국과 일본의 의식조사 비교결과 선호하는 표시방법의 차이가 나타났다.

Abstract

Housing Performance Indication for fire resistance and fire safety performance safelight about the evacuation of Korea and Japan on how to express Survey was conducted. Research results show how considering the fire safety performance required according to the improvement and The current introduction methods are difficult to understand the performance of housing. Also Survey of Japan and South Korea show the preferred method of comparison is a difference.
